As the UK's largest international wholesaler and distributor of pharmaceutical products, CST Pharma must meet the requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
We spoke to Lead Responsible Person Laura Cox about how she applied 6 integrated EQMS modules for a robust, electronic GDP quality system.
Watch the video here.
Because there are different GDP chapters, EQMS can be applied to each one.

Laura's electronic quality management project began with Document Manager, the cornerstone of a QMS and critical for Chapter 4 of the Good Distribution Practice guidelines.
CST Pharma also adopted:
- Training Records Manager
- Audit Manager
- Risk Manager
- CAPA, Complaints & Incidents Manager
- Equipment Manager
Laura plans to strengthen CST Pharma's supply chain quality even further by taking advantage of the free end user structure of EQMS, providing log-ins to customers and suppliers to capture more information while standardising operations.
