What have been the main lessons learnt by quality professionals since COVID-19 first started?
Qualsys and the CQI have recently partnered to launch an industry survey to see what has changed
The 23 question survey aims to help us to understand:
- How well the business response and business continuity plan
- How well quality professionals feel their skills are being utilised
- Advice and tips for other quality professionals
Kate Armitage, Compliance Director at Qualsys, said: "With over 200 responses so far, we are already seeing some key themes. But this could all change. We need as many quality practitioners as possible to get involved and tell us what they are experiencing. This way, we can be sure to get an accurate, holistic picture."
